The Vanity Box in BK does coloring if you are considering stateside and their hair prices are reasonable.
http://thevanityboxhair.com/shop/EP will color hair you send them. They also use rite dye on some of the coloring processes "shrugs"
I've have yet to a see a post here with people who order good quality hair from a CV that has mastered getting a Blond unit or weaving hair that looks real and is a good texture match. I've wanted to know myself. It seems all of the light heads round these parts are DIY'ers or like another poster said, take their hair to a salon to have a stylist do it professionally. I'm in the same boat and not a DIY'er. There is a CV that claims they do the "Blonds" on 100% Human Hair well and I plan on trying them in the near future but unfortunately I don't have any firsthand feed back at this time. Her name is Kate Ming and she's at sale12@worldbeautywigs.com...which is a company that has gotten mixed reviews on this board...but again---> Nobody has done a review on ordering a Blond Wig or Weaving hair from a CV. They just say "don't do it" and I wish someone would try. If the Blond-heads and Red-heads got together with one CV, that CV could learn how to specialize in the coloring and match yaki textures and proper curl patterns. If you do I highly suggest you send them an exact sample of the color you want. No matter how many pics you email they will never match because everyone's computer is different (unless your ok with that).
