Y'all mad? See this is the perks of being brown-skinned, I get to sit on the sidelines and watch. I see shade on both sides, we're all Black. Ugly comes in all shades and so does beauty. |

c/s Ash...browns exists...let's just call it a state of mind that exists in all of us who sit back and think, these bishes are crazy and thank God we didn't get color issues...never exalted for being light or insulted or fetishized for being too dark...when you're in the "middle" your skin tone is not a topic of conversation the way it seems to be for everyone else. i never feel light or dark, just black.

People run around pulling up shades at every chance......
Then get all like this when someone touch a nerve.........

LS/DS however either you fabulous or you aint, the skin color is whatevs. Tweeze them brows, get your ecostyler gel and lay them edges, swing your silky indian, spackle them pores, scrub that skin and be great.

Sanaa Lathan is medium. Kerry Washington is dark but like at the bottom of dark, almost medium. Nvm she dark. Those bright lights can be deceiving.

I feel like Kerry Washington wears the wrong shade of foundation on purpose. Yes I have worn foundation that didn't match but I didn't know it until I saw the flash so don't come for me.
