All the good solutions to homelessness would require 1)people to actually care about other humans 2)more taxes and 3)politicians, businesses, developers, the 1%, and the government to lose money.

So basically, nothing is going to happen and the homeless should either not be homeless or continue to be make it do what it do underneath their shelter bench.

i know.  i was confuzzled for a quick sec.  but after a second look i think those studs in the ground are supposed to deter/prevent homeless people from laying there.  awful.
