The military industrial complex is vampirism. There is no real threat, just certain people need continuous warfare to survive.
The majority of Americans support invading foreign territories and turn a blind eye the killing of innocent men, women, and children in the name of fighting against terrorism....but let that happen in our backyard and people will literally think the world's coming to an end. I look at "Red Dawn" and laugh because protecting their loved ones is all most desire to do in the countries we invade...
This might be the most unpopular...but I feel Obama is about to show his ass, and not in a good way. I look at him and see the Joker and Judas. Nobody can convince me that as long and hard as they have been concealing true black history in America and abroad, that this man comes in peace when he's a puppet for the oppressors.
I get the feeling most black women of this generation that are obsessed with Beyonce and LS live vicariously through her. They literally grew up watching this chick and her rise from being part of Destiny's Child to a solo act. Subconsciously I think they grew to see that light skin grants you a lot of power. There's "Dream Girls" for every generation.
