I was wanting to know from someone who sells Indian hair is it a good market to go into? I see sooo many people who sell it & I would love to do it also but want to know if its a profitable business? I know I have over 50 posts, but I have a question about moisturizing and sealing hair underneath my sew in. For my natural hair when its left out I usually use Elasta QP Mango Butter & Olive Oil moisturizer. I was wondering if I mixed some of this in a spray bottle with water and some essential oils (jojoba, tea tree) would this be a good concoction to moisturize my braid and scalp under my sew in daily?
I AM trying to find a new moisturizer because the Elasta QP & the Cantu I was going to try both contain alcohol. So recommendations of your favorite moisturizers and essential oils (especially for under sew-ins) are greatly appreciated!
Sorry for the ramble, TIA

I have a sew-in also so I mix half sta-soft-fro, 1/4 of cantu leave-in conditioner for damaged hair, 1/4 of elasta qp h20 leave in conditioner, and a couple drops of kemy oyl in a hair color bottle. I have very dry scalp, but that mixture is so moisturizing I only have to use it twice a week and my scalp doesn't itch anymore. And since its so moisturizing, you dont need to apply a lot so it wont leave your sew-ins weighed down and greasy. Hope that helps

Please help. I'm thinking about ordering a closure from a CV. I sent them a picture of the hair I have and they said that they can take straight hair and make it into the same curl pattern as the hair I purchased from hair addicts. Question, if I flat iron the processed closure, will it curl back up after I wash it? Sorry if its a crazy question, I'm new to this!!!!

I'm gettin a sew in done Monday. Its only my second ever, and I'm paranoid about it looking authentic. I put a rinse in my natural hair (a dark reddish brown color) a couple of months ago, Its lighter than a 2 but darker than 4. So I'm wondering if I should dye my natural hair black or should I attempt to dye the weave?

Hey guys Im a newbie and was wondering what is the best bss hair for a
sew in? I'm on a college budget so ordering virgin Indian hair isn't
really an option right now .
I've used Outre Velvet Remi, and Bohyme. With both I experienced
shedding and tangling. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks

I've ordered hair from perfectlocks and the hair is amazing. :) I got the curly hair because of the versatility but the hair is still in use and I've had it for about 7 months now. It's worth the buy.

I'd definitely go with Saga Gold Indian Remy (29.99 for 8 inch). That's the hair I put in when I'm not into buying a full have of virgin hair and it's so much cheaper. Bobbi Boss Natural Yaki (52.99 for 10 inch) is nice but it's a little more pricey but the Bobbi Boss yaki hair blends perfectly with my hair and I'm not relaxed! :) Go to your local BSS and check the air out. If You want a really Yaki cheap hair Outre Ultra Yaki is great, the hair was about 15.00 a pack for 14 inches and it curled and flat ironed great and that's a lot more natural looking. Unlike other cheap hair that's clunky and stiff. :) Hope this helped!
