Generally I guess what I am trying to ask is how do you prevent damage to real relaxed hair when washing extensions?

Also, I am about to buy from a cv and was wondering if rinse is ok to use on so called Brazilian here. If so, which brand do you recommend?
Thanks in advance.

I wash my braids underneath, and use a blow dryer after to make sure it doesn't mold. I also put a oil in my tracks after blowdrying so I don't dry out my hair. Also my tracks haven't loosened yet.

I always wear LFs and wanna try a weave from a CV, wondering how many ounces to buy? I have an average sized head circumference 22". Also, I need  a closure not sure about sizing & whether it should be a silk top. I prefer silktops for LFs but I wear 4*4 is that the standard for a weave too?

Closures can come in different sizes but the standard is either 3.5x4 or 4x4. Nowadays, you might have to buy three bundles instead of two depending on length.

excuse my ignorance but I've recent gone natural (for about 8 months now) I don't want to get a relaxer but my hair is frustrating me! Would getting a sew in damage my own hair underneath? I'm new to all of this..

it depends on how you take care of your hair under the sew in... you need to make sure you keep your hair (not the weave) moisturized and get a texture that matches your natural hair or get a closure

If I were to purchase some hair (say coarse yaki or kinky straight) but the hair wasn't coarse enough for me, would perming the hair be too much processing or would that be okay?
