Reportedly, she decided at the last minute. That pic may have been the recording. I don't think that was a bad idea, considering it was cold. Maybe Kelly Clarkson should have considered such.

Who knows, but a lot of her career is about image, everything looking perfect. Kelly Clarkson sang live so I don't know why Beyonce didn't.
