I recommend my hairdresser, Marie. I've been going to her for years and she is a professional wig maker based in the midlands and she is reasonably priced, plus very knowledgeable about hair. I can't recommend her enough, I go to her and so does my sister and mother in law. She weaves our hair though. She had a post not too long ago saying if you provide the hair she will make the wig for free if you don't mind modelling it. She may have found women though but it's worth an ask. Even if you pay her installs are £60 so not expensive.
