Kimchi? Its delicious!!!! My vietnamese step-mama makes its really good. It taste more pickled than rotten. Think like spicy saurkraut...its stinky but good!

Really? I think its an acquired taste. I just couldn't. Firstly I hate cabbage and they just had to ferment it... Pinch..LOL!

my dad eats kimchi like it's the last thing he'll ever be allowed to eat in life lol. i think its good...i can take it or leave it

LOL! I love cabbage so that's probably why I like it.  And I also like the fermented shrimp paste they put in it too...they have something similar in Liberia that we call Mwemwe and we use it to stink up season soups, lol.
