I did this last year and stopped after a month - I should have stuck with it. The key is the results were great and people noticed the difference.

I've been working out for 2 months and I'm ok on the cardio part. Lifting weights 3x a week got boring and I did not really feel like I was getting the most effective results. I definitely noticed muscles in my arms, but you have other parts of the body to consider.

I did the 30 day shred, but that's a combo of strength and cardio and I like the cardio sessions I currently do.

Anyway, here's the link to the document. This is a 4-week program where you strength train 3 days a week and do a 20-minute HIIT cardio session 3 days a week. You can combine them or do them on different days, it's up to you. The strength training workouts which take about 25-30 minutes are low impact and target different parts of your body.

The best part is it's free - no trainer needed.

OMG. These workouts are no joke. My abs and back of my thighs are killing me. Each time I get up or stretch, I feel the burn.

Kinda like it Big%20smile.
