Trademark my name

 

I am the only person in the world with my name. it is very distinctive. it is not one of those names thats common but spelled differently.It is truellly distinctive. for YEARS i never told anyone my real name. i  always went by a nickname. everyone called me by my nickname even my teachers and family members. I have recently begun using my real name. 

 

but anyways i want to trademark it because int he future i want to create a company and name it aftermyself. I am beginning to notice a lot of people are taking an usual like to the name and i want to protect it for future use.

until some heaux on facebook invited me to join a group called 

"nyc** a unique and beautiful name" and it had hundreds of ppl in it.. w/ my name spelled the same exact way I spell mine.

I thought my parents got all exotical on folks.. sigh

anyhoot.. you can't trademark your name until you are using it in some sort of commerce...and even w/ that there is a great deal of crap attached to that.
