Made a wonderful facial Mask with 'found' Rose Powder and water.
It made my skin so much brighter and soft

I absolutely love it, and will be doing it weekly.

Made a spritz for my face with Rose Water and Glycerin (3-1). Really loved it, and realized I could also use it on my hair. Added AVG to lower pH to 5.0 - 5.5.   This worked great, and the Rose Water made it smell divine.
This week I got a bit cocky and added a few drops of Lavender and Rosemary EO .   I would not do this again. Losing the scent of the Rose Water is not worth whatever benefits the Lavender and Rosemary EO's may have added to my hair. I will have to be satisfied using them in my other DIY's.

I have not been doing anything from the kitchen lately personally.  Since I got my Keracare Humecto and my Joico Moisture Recovery I don't do mayonnaise or eggs. And since I got the keratin treatment I don't do the yogurt, or Bragg's liquid aminos any more.  I happen to have found several holy grail products that are not out of the kitchen.

Coincidentally I was thinking just a few days ago of doing a Knox gelatin with acv. I think I will do one of those in a week or so.

PS: I must correct myself. I still use: grape seed oil, coconut oil, olive oil and they are all kitchen products. The Shima leave in conditioner I use has apple cider vinegar, ginseng, and rosemary in it and many other natural things.  My thickening conditioner is packed full of so many edible natural products. So, I guess I am in a way still doing kitchen products.

I can see this slippery elm,  marshmallow root, oil detangler / setting lotion being really great for weekly curlformer sets.

Is it too late to join? I never venture round these parts

i've been making my own stuff for some time now but I want to ONLY use products for my hair & skin that i've made myself or contain one ingredient items. or edible items, like avocado, coconut oil. etc. nothing chemically processed

great stuff posted
