I remember seeing something like this in a shop out of Texas around 06 or 07? She basically ties ties the hair into your hair. Using 1-3 strands. I don't know how long this stylist takes but the other one that I mentioned took a long time two full 8-10 hour sessions for a full head. I like the density on that girls hair. Very realistic. She could lie and say alluh that is hers homegrown and be believed no question. a

This is interesting but the results are not the same as the video I orignally posted. There is a clear track in this video. In the other one, she was parting everywhere like crazy....?

I doubt this technique is recommended for those of us with fine hair.
My hair grows well but breaks so easily, even my weaves can't be too tight.

My friend does this but she uses micro links instead of sewing a foundation. She said the sewn in foundation could slip right out.

be careful, the technique is not recommended for naturals because of tangle risk, also its harsh on the roots.

thanks!...i think i'm going to try that b/c im kinda over multiple bundles in my head...and almost, almost on my way out of weave completely but it's baby steps.  4 oz would be sufficient and my hair gets to breathe for months at a time.
