breakfast: fage yogurt + honey, toasted onion bagel with cream cheese, cup of milk
lunch: rice, red meat with tomato sauce and mushrooms, french fries
dinner: tomato sauce pasta with diced ham - added a bit of milk to sauce to make it creamy
snack: jello, yogurt

Yesterday I ate:

breakfast: cup of milk and an onion bagel with cream cheese
snack: fage yogurt + honey
lunch: rice, potatoes, red meat with tomato sauce and mushrooms
snack: cup of milk and fage yogurt
dinner: linguine pasta with tomato sauce and diced ham

Breakfast: cup of milk and toast with cream cheese
Lunch: pasta with tomato sauce and ham + a cup of milk
Snack: grapes
Post-workout: scrambled eggs with diced hot dog and a cup of milk
Dinner: broccoli, bratwurst on a hot dog bun, french fries and a cup of milk.

Breakfast: a cup of blended oranges, blueberries and strawberries with a tbsp of flaxseed meal
Lunch: salad of lettuce, tomato and hearts of palms with olive oil and balsamic oil as dressing + pasta with tomato and pesto sauce
Dinner: pasta with tomato and pesto sauce
Snack: about 3 cups of milk + handful of cherriesSmile

Breakfast: pancakes with maple sryup + cup of milk
Lunch: pasta with applewood smoked ham
Snack: cherries
Dinner: same as lunch - but did not add some milk to the sauce and ham, so it was less creamy

haven't had dinner yet; will update later:

Breakfast: cup of orange + blueberries blended, toasted bread with cream cheese

Lunch: chicken apple salad sandwich, salad with balsamic vinagreitte dressing, and orange + blueberries blended drink

Snack: cherries

Late afternoon snack: balsamic + olive oil dressing on a tomato salad with lettuce and hearts of palms

Dinner: pasta

Late snack: fruit popsicle and cherries
