30% when my rental is vacant.  When my units are rented its -1% overall for all mortgages and rent.   i like that better.  I'm paying rent and collecting rent.  Ugh!  I need to decide where I'm going to live next and stop rentingLOL

16% of gross pay.  However, I want to go lower.  I saw a condo that will get me less than 7% of gross pay however, I will have to live without the luxury amenities such as laundry and gym, lose about 400 square feet, and have to take a connecting bus to get to an express bus to get to work.

I was wondering if i'm being a bit extreme to save more money.  I like having more money in my pocket versus having luxury things/expenses.   Still trying to decide....
