I internalize stress.  I have had some really unhealthy habits lately but had a recent wake up call (hypertension).  So I am working on doing things to help like more cardio (I love running), listening to calming music at work and giving up my superwoman syndrome.  I do a LOT.  Not because I have to but moreso because I have so many passions.  When it comes down to it, I'm running from here to there constantly so I have had to cut some things out of my schedule.  I have begun

7-8 hours of sleep a night
daily prayer
exercising 2.5 hours a week 
eating well
drinking enough water

Talking to God, writing out all of my thoughts until I have nothing else to write, sleeping, listening to classical music or The Weeknd.  Healthy food would actually make you feel better too.

Prayer, sleep, exercising, reading, listening to music, alone time. If a person is causing me stress, eliminating the person if possible. Oh, funny movies.

it was weed at first.. 
then alcohol... 
up until recently... 

now idk. i just try to avoid stress... 
i dont really have a remedy these days.. 

i used to just make myself not think about things... it was mind over matter.. id chant and do whatever i had to to not let sadness/madness get me..
