I think that pullup from the floor thing is supposed to help with that. Like if there's was a weight on the ground and ur standing u bend over, knees unlocked, and grab it then return to standing then put it back down.

On another note... Doing a vitacost haul for brown seaweed , something natural with an f and an x, and acv pills for torso fat. Going to be more diligent with doing potent saran stomach wraps outside of wearing my waist trainer at the gym.

ikr after 3 days i lost .5 and i was too scared to continue because i didn't want to lose anymore booty. the only reason i gained that .5 back because of the weight gain..my loss with audreys cream was permanent..i waited 3 weeks and my booty did not go back to normal...I'm still interested in the tunmy creams though....because they are cheap lol.

Twisted Angel omg we got the same body!!! I am weighing in on 143 right now and my booty was really fat too like a tear drop so I been trying to work it up. Its hard tho I swear! I want a heart shaped / badonkadonk lol, so I try to go in on the  hip exercise but only once a week n with weights. Anyway volvuline works but its cause of the zhi mu u need to soak your herbs honey am at 39' too and I know its th zhi mu keeping it up if nothing else. My breast r like a 34 and my waist is like a 29-30 am trying to  keep it down then tighten up. I have bought things over the years n now its grinde time to put it all together. I do take  powder form of maca but I hope to order my emu oil then I will know for sure just how effect zhi mu is. But I cant believe you had a problem with the hip lift from aichun beauty, audrey cream. I wanna order I think u gotta be connsistant and and add it to the rest of your regeime.
