@Nicka...
Those are really good suggestions! But I mostly wear my
hair stretched in twist outs when I do rock my hair in a non-heat
style. Plus I tend to wash my hair at night anyway and then set on
twists that I bantu using my shea/mango mix, coconut oil & my
flaxseed gel.
Right now it's too cold to wear it out tho. I'm staying PSed in a flw until April when the weather calms down. :)

She had gorgeous healthy and long relaxed hair, and chopped it all off to start over
there are a few long term transitioners on the tube too

you can do two things...
after washing your hair...bend over, bring all the hair to the front and wring the water out. All the hair should be in one single twist on the top of your hair. Hold it with one hand. Now get a tshirt and wrap it around the twisted hair wringing it it more, and flip it back...It should look like those turbie twist on your head...Leave on for 10- 15 mins ...This will get your hair mostly dry out frizz and also stretch it...Style your wash n go while damp or dry, this should give you some elongation....
1. Allow hair to dry, then pull all back into one banded ponytail....
2. OR you can do the shirt thing again after applying product, this time pulling back, wearing shirt in a low bun leaving it on overnight if you want it to hang back or forward like a turbie if you want volume...This way it will stretch and all you will have to do in the morning is blow dry it a little, and for more length and volume if you want...
