Houston performing the national anthem at the 1991 Super Bowl is going to Washington D.C, her 1992 appearance in the film The Bodyguard will be displayed in Hollywood, Las Vegas will show the young Houston as shown in her 1988 video "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" and New York will exhibit a more recent likeness, from a 2009 photo shoot.
Her mother Cissy, brother Gary and former manager Pat were at the unveiling. Cissy would not pose with the replicas of her daughter, but said she thought they were a very beautiful tribute.
Is it just a coincidence that her skin color changes? Its a pretty obvious difference.

Oh ok, Just asking b/c It's common that alot of AA celebs get ligher as they get more popular.
