i did this in feb soild!  since i couldn't workout and I lost 4 pounds alone by cutting out all sugars!  I never was a soday drinker, but coffee and ect no sugar or processed sugary foods mayo ect

I was doing good... until this group that held an event at my job left a bag full- I mean FULL- of candy with their logo on it. It's Rolos and Hersheys but their logo is over it. OMGee. I had 4 pieces of ROLO and then threw the rest away. I had 4 of the little bite sized hershey bars and 2 other pieces of choco that a coworker bought. UGH. Back at it tomorrow.

I read somewhere and tried to take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every time I desired sugar - and the desire was gone. Try it!

Ok, so I have fallen off pretty hard. My stomach looked soooo flat at the end of February! I want that back. I tried on an outfit that I wore to an event in February when I wasn't eating sweets, and I wasn't very pleased. I was looking like a serious hourglass in Feb, so I'm getting back with the program in June. Most likely sooner, but for sure June. :D

How we doing ladies?? I will be continuing this through March. I have a few special occasions (my bff's bday and a wedding) that should be able to tide me over for my sweet cravings. I really need to lose 20lbs and it's mainly belly fat, so I gotta do this.
