I feel like I may be taking a lot. Maca,Coconut oil, CLA, Green Tea, Multi, Hair Skin Nails, BCAA(for intense workouts like BodyPump) , Fish oil, and the occasional diet pill. I feel like I need to cut something out. What do you think? Is it too much or average?

It's not too much. Everything your taking does something different and doesnt counter act each other. If you're looking to save money you could cut out cla since coconut oil, green tea, and fish oil all help with burning belly fat and weight loss. You could also cut out the hair skin and nails vit since you're taking a multi.

doesn't sound like too much. some of those aren't really what i would consider supplements either... just vitamins. Maca and BCAA appear to be your only potential hard hitters. If you were taking like 3 more things of that intensity then that would be a lot but just those two with vitamins is fine, to me...

I have organic raw red maca (as a powder I add to food or protein shakes), which is a superfood and not a supplement so I don't consider maca a supplement. I also agree with Brazilianbabe.

That's nothing compared to what some girls take...you should see Lil'Lisa's list of what she was taking daily. Heck, I think there's still girls in this board who have a ridiculously long list of what they take. I wish they would post a before and after of their faces. I would like to know if it was any good to their skin. But reading your list, everything you're taking sounds good, unless Maca, for example, isn't doing its job which is gain weight or increase your booty, then ditch it.

Who?? :p Its prolly a long list of health supplements if you really look at it, either that or some girls take a crapload of weak phytoestrogens together. Even if maca isnt given u a big booty its still an amazing health tonic that most people would benefit from, men and women, and old folk *hugs emoticon* wish i had known about it years ago :(

Hey all I took BrazilianBabe's advice and cut out the Hair Skin Nails. I'm using Maca now to boost my mood since I'm in the weight loss stage(cutting) and for energy. That's why I'm taking the CLA and Coconut oil. Maybe it just felt overwhelming in my head. I do remember seeing the grocery lists that use to be up here though lol

As everyone said, there are women taking a LOT more than that! I usually cut things I don't necessarily need just to save money, ad still end up taking 30-40+ pills in a day. And some pills I save the leftovers and just use them when I need them (I use my Iron when I'm on my period, and my HCl if I'm having a large meal). There are even some pills I PLAN to take everyday, but don't get to. My less important pills I save for a midday dose. That way my body doesn't have too many pills to absorb at once, can use them more efficiently, and if I'm not able to take a midday dose, it's no big bother. And sometimes I'll buy a bunch of things and switch between which ones I use, depending on what I'm trying to tackle at the moment.
Everyone has their limits tho, so if you ever find it too much of a hassle to take so many pills in a day, just cut something out here and there so you don't get discouraged and overwhelmed and quit everything altogether.
I've also found that as time goes on, I'm ok with taking more and more pills/supplements every day. Eventually it becomes habitual.
