Yay, you ladies ROCK! :)

Keep tweaking your methods until you find a regi that works.  Your hair can grow with the right combination. 

It sounds like you're on your way to happier hair and a happier you.

Also, IA that Aritha is very strong.  It's one of the powders I'm too afraid to use.  I would suggest diluting it with a conditioner if you plan on using it -- instead of letting it go to waste.

Oh and I'm going to assume you know this already...but just in case:

You should only be shampooing your scalp, not the actual length of your hair.

yes, please. I only use an actual shampoo every cpl months. I do baking soda on my scalp only as needed.

You need to cut that damn shampoo!!! Every week!!!!! Ooohhh nooooo.

Also start doing the loc. Cut the braids from ur regime, unless they aren't tight.
