actually its cheaper to get a black baby, white babies bring in the highest money.. so if can't afford a white they get black ones..

Well, maybe the precious baby would already be comfortable around her REAL father if they would have given her back months ago instead of trying every trick in the book to block him getting his daugther back. This is time wasted because she should already be at home with her father getting used to being around him.
The Utah family know good and damn well that they have no legal rights to that baby, period.They knew the adoption was illegal and they knew that this man would potentially come back and want his child, seeing as he was unaware of the adoption. It sucks that they wasted money but that is a personal problem. Give that man back his baby! Jeezus!

Scared: The baby's mother, Tira, pictured, told the family in Utah that
she was alone and scared during her baby's birth and wasn't sure if her
marriage would last.
RED FLAG: They need to give him his daughter. She is 2 yrs old, not 12. At her age, with time, she will adjust to her father and his family. By age 4, she won't even remember those folks....

They already said they wanted someone for their other Black child "of close and similar" (or somethin like that). Smh. I don't see why White people adopt kids of other ethnicities...smh.

I do adoptions now in the courts, and you'd be surprised how many black babies are stolen all the time.. the adoption lawyers lobby the state legislators and every year the adoptions laws are stronger and stronger to take your kids from you.. and they are pro for the adoptive families more than the bio family..the lawyers lobby b/c its big money in adoption cases, and they are getting rich.. even in DCS cases of abuse being the grand parents means NOTHING! they'd rather give your kids to strangers than the family..
its wrong but if people don't lobby against the laws that allow this, it will continue.. this father is lucky he was married to her, b/c an unmarried father has NO RIGHTS.. they don't even need his permission to adopt.. all the mother has to do is say I don't know who the father is, and its over.. its an uphill battle to the end, and it usually doesn't favor the bio parents.. it sicken's me daily..
