I did order from WindyCity.
Customer Service: B+ My particular lfw unit; C- due to shedding. I have to say most reviews on Windy City has been positive. I ordered my first lf wig from them and the the wefts were to light however, the hair itself was nice, no shedding. But I didn't feel comfortable with the light brown wefts so I returned it with no problem. They even offered to upgrade the new unit with no additional charge to a full lace wig.
The second unit which was suppose to be an upgrade was not in stock so, instead of delaying the process, I received a darker color lacefornt, which was fine. As I continued to wear the unit, it shedded to the point I bagged and stored this on my shelf. Too bad. The hair *looked* good, but the shedding was a bit much.
I guess its hit or miss as they say.

Thanks for your reply, Elisa. I ordered a full lace, so hopefully there will be no shedding. We'll see.

Tressa, I fully understand that Peruvian and Brazilian are words used to describe curl/texture and not the origin of the hair. The fact that the hair is either Indian or Chinese is not new information. We all read the recent thread about this topic - you're late! Seems to me that you're the one trying to "punk" me out of spending my own money where and how I choose.

Thank you LWhite. I contacted them about the Peruvien and they have sold out. Darn! I bought a Brazilian Silktop on sale. I'll report back once I receive it.

The member was not selling those units she was giving them away. She gave me one and it is still going strong. It looks like new and everyone thinks it is my hair (which I lost to chemo treatments, this also means my units no longer fit not even with alterations). I got the short Indian curly one and I have never had an issue with it poofing up. HTH
