I did learn that they do not appreciate short men. My parents are tall so even when I brought someone home my height, my mom gave him the strong side eye at his height. They are secret height-ist.  Besides obvious losers, they've never directly said don't bring home a
(insert name here) because it would probably backfire lol.

I always tell my daughter don't date a man with no car,did this once and this dude expected me to be his personal chauffeur. Also not to date a man that had a crack head prostitute for a mom and grew up in the Foster system , too many psychological issues.
