She should give the ring back. He can kick rocks regarding her admiting it was a fraud. (Its not going to happen) Just because she is married doesn't mean her hubby names goes on the birth certificate unless his signs it.

basically if you get an annulment has a few elements that qualifies it one of the reason is fraud.. otherwise you must get a divorce..either way she's messing up b/c the longer they fight over whether its a annulment or divorce they will be wasting time, setting court dates etc.. they baby will be born and Kris's name will be on that birth certificate b/c he's her husband.. then she'll be going thru the paternity DNA to remove him as the father, she's foolish all day long. |
Maybe that's why Ye ain't mad. He ain't gotta worry about child support since his name ain't on the paperwork? *shrugs*
