people are shocked when i tell them that the hair on my head is a wig...some dont believe me so i take it off depending on who it is and where i am.
And then they side eye me and go on and on about how i "have a lot of hair" and that i "dont need to wear wigs" yadda yadda Ermm
I constantly have to explain that it is a protective style for my hair. they dont hear me tho Sleepy
I think there is a stigma among younger women such as myself
wig is still synonymous with "bald"

that pic size is obnoxious especially when it isn't of a hairline lol

I think the term "install" is applicable because it isn't simply a matter of "putting the wig on" ... there are a lot of steps and skills needed to get it right

and even if you got it right once, doesn't mean it'll be right every time you try either

which is why I use my own leaveout (and uhmm my three finger forehead Cry)

yes or I split lfs at my parts myself to leave out very very little

I was just watching a YTube vid on this last night. Good idea. Do you add combs around the split?
