I know a lot of people already knew this but I thought I would share anyways.

I just need to find a store online that sells shea butter without high shipping and handling fees.Angry

Try Coastal Scents for your Shea butter.

I visited a natural hair salon yesterday. Most of the people in there were loc'd up. I met the stylist and told her what I wanted and what my plans were. After my BC I will likely want to get a celebratory style like some flat twists in a design with a puff. It was so exciting seeing all those natural people in one place! A break from all the over-relaxed heads in the general population.

I can't wait. I know I'ma have one o them big ole, solid, black power Afros too. Solid gold soul.

I need to get some seamless combs and a denman brush and some natural hair earrings and t-shirts.

Trying to keep these yarn braids in for the next ~2 months. It's been less than 2 weeks and I already miss my hair.

Face- I need to order more of that skin peel and I need to use it every week!!

Hair- continue to dc and co wash every week. Keep doing protective styles.

Body- I need to start taking baths instead of showers. Long baths with champagne, milk, and Epson salt in the water. Need to seal with oil daily.

So far Im mostly trying to focus on clearing my skin up by using my cocoa butter more often and drinking water more often. I also want to try a DC concoction using shea butter

hair: conditioning more regularly, I will try spritzing her with water every 2 days. I'll try the bonnet thin posted above as well.

skin:  I'm still working on a plan...

Body: Finally NTC (nike training club) is on android, so I'm doing that. Also I made a scrub out of sea salt, cocoonut oil, castor oil, lavender and tea tea tree it was pretty nice so I'll probably continue doing that. moisturizing right after shower (right now it's aquaphor for the winter)

health: more water, vitamin c, I want to try spirulina/chlorella, and do more green smoothies.

I decided to get a head start on some of my beauty regimens.

Skin: Purchased the Obagi Nu-Derm line for my face, use it faithfully, morning and night to clear up dark spots and even out my complexion.  I see a slight improvement, but not a whole lot, yet.

Eyes: Clear up dark circles.  Currently using Jan Marini eye cream and I can actually see a slight difference.

Hair: I'm currently trying to see how long I can go without a weave and I am going to start deep conditioning and washing my hair with conditioner to lessen breakage.

Body: I am going to make a better effort to cut down on meat consumption and increase exercise.
