but yea, heels in the least. i wouldnt wear those casualish leggings but if you really really dont care much and just wanna be comfy, wear the leggings

its always better to be overdressed rather than underdressed especially cus she said dress to impress.. 

if someone put that on (and with flats) when i said dress to impress, i wouldnt be their friend anymore.

lol...I think I'll take the advice and at least try to wear heels.  Once I think about it...the boots do seem a bit casual.

The outfit you described seems underwhelming since they said dress to impress. I imagine everyone being dressed up a bit more. Taking a change of clothes is a great idea
