STRUGGLING OuchOuch
I've had a couple of set backs that have thrown me off a little but as of today, i'm back on it. Last week TOM came and i cheated, no gains but no losses either. I'm hoping to push through and make it to 190 this week.
 
So how are you coming alone??

I guess we are totally opposites, because while i'm at work or out and about i don't want to eat or i'm not as tempted. But when i'm at home i want to eat all day and nite. Confused That's why the weekend is so terrible for me. I have been at a stall for about 3 days, my own fault, i had a REALLY bad weekend (carmel cake and pizza). But this morning i tipped the scale just a little from 198 to 197 (1 lb released) REALLY Excited about that!!!!
 
For the next couple of days i'm going to be doing a little modification from the protocol. I'm going to try to do that 10 day cleanz. Simple because i have somewhat of IBS. Don't know how that's going to pan out but i'ma try it.

I really wish I could stay home the next few weeks. If I didn't have to be around others I wouldn't be tempted.   How are you doing?

Lol. I posted this morning, I guess it didn't go thru. I cheated yesterday. Went from 222 to 226. I need more support! I'm convinced that my boyfriend likes me fat and knows I am weak. I usually give up on diets so he supports me until I give up on my own. I'm not giving up on this one and I truly feel like he is sabotaging me.

i had a terrible weekend Ouch. I did gain. This morning when i weighed in, i went from 198.0 to 199.0 . I did cheat BIG TIME cheat. But i'm gonna jump back on the wagon today with feet first and get this thing going.
