Also don't moisturize right before going to bed...the oil tends to seep onto the hair.

I apply a coconut oil and evoo mix to my scalp like once a week with a squeeze tip type bottle. But not at noght cause I don't want it to seep to the weaves.
For my weaves I mixed one part anti frizz serum and 2 parts distilled water in a spray bottle and spray like once in 5 days or so.
Works for me.. Hope I helped

Moisturizing your sew in should be pretty simple. In my applicator bottle, I had some rosewater, a few drops of tea tree oil, a few drops of peppermint oil, less than a cap full of castor oil and some water based leave-in or regular no cone condish (v05 moisture milks). AVJ is also good but some ppl hair react to it like a protein, so beware if your hair doesn't like proteins. Using this mixture or small variations of it would keep my hair moisturized for 3-4 days (if I was being lazy). I usually reapplied every other day.

Currently I have a sew in but my scalp itches like crazy to the point that I just wanna take it out. I plan on washing it this afternoon but I want to make sure I dont feel this way again in a few days. What do you ladies do to keep your natural hair moisturized underneath? I want to try some type of oil that won't make my weave greasy and lifeless but this seems redundant. Let me know your suggestions
