It's great for when you're just watching tv or something. I used to do it all the time, but haven't in a while. I need to get back on it. It tones your inner thigh muscles and tightens them, making the dip more pronounced. I have that dip, but it's not as defined as I'd like it to be, so maybe once I get my legs into shape some more it'll look better. :) Although it's true, thin girls have them more often than thicker girls. I'm hoping if I lose some fat on my thighs while bulking up the muscles, it'll help.

Honestly, some may need an inner thigh lift to get that gap. I spoke with my lipo doc about it. I'm can't get it right now so I'm doing blogilates on YouTube to help some until I can get my thigh lift

I think it's a combo of having more rounded and wider hips. So if you have one, you might be able to achieve it but I dunno lol there's probably not a lot of research on it yet.

Heck yea I mean when I was skinner I hated it cuz I thought I had the gap cuz my thighs didn't touch but then I noticed every skinny woman doesn't have it...I think it looks best on petite figures like me..  and make my booty more notiacble  Mine is so small now i just want like an 1 1/2 inches added..
Or takened away..  .. Can't wait to start my workouts tomorrow..

I've had a gap since high school lol I never knew it was something anyone wanted! I think it has a lot to do with bone structure.

Hold up you actually want the gap I've been trying to find ways to get rid of mine for years lol I guess cause all my bigger friends tease me about my gap lol and I have a tear drop booty too : ( would like a little shelf I just have to find a way to stay motivated

Where did u buy it from?  I almost bought 10's....from walmart but the reviews are bad... I was just thinking maybe like 5 pounds adjustable cuz its cheaper lol I'm gonna have to do without the weights in the beginning until I can get my weights (after xmas  )
