I'm starting Callanetics thanks to the positive feedback here! I just torrented look 10 years young in 10 hours Personally, I don't want to lose my butt and hips, I care more about losing my midsection fat. But as long as I can get healthier, why not?

Ok sounds pretty easy. How many inches you lose from it? I'm tryna loose 10 my waist is 35 inches. I kno I have to do other things but I just wanted a start.

Google it, it can be hard to explain. Basically just suck your tummy in using your ab, oblique, and back muscles (like an internal corset) and go about your day. Do small crunches while waiting at a stop light<---- advice from Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee i forget T.T

mmm not sure if it will help you but maybe you could try some side dumbbell side bend exercise?
i do 4x12 with 15lbs in each hand. I gained an inch in my waist when I started maca and sometime this week I saw that I gained another 0.25" on my waist.
I started the dumbbell side bend exercise on Monday and today my waist was back to the regular size prior to maca.

The steel boned corset will shrink the waist!
Doing stomach vacuums also helps quite well~
