laura was wrong for what she did but jackie needed to hear that from her daughters. too bad she'll never change. she's 58 and set in her ways. at this juncture its best for her daughters to either detach themselves from jackie from a physical standpoing and only communicate with doug; or choose to deal with their crazy ass mother.
