How's everyone doing so far? I put in Senegalese Twists to help stretch and protect my hair since I'm over 3 months post relaxer. Hope to take them out in May for the final update.

awww. Well I heat my oil bottle in a warm water bath... basically fill a cup with hot water and let it sit inside the cup until its warm. The temperature shouldn't get too hot that way. I don't microwave my oils or anything.
