But! I've done without any weights. Just bc I didnt have time to go to the gym back at school. Is there a difference if you this type of training with or without weights?? Just bc when i did it without weights... the next day I could not even walk! LOL

@Babygurl2010... That's what I need to incorporate! The food aspect of it. I will def make sure to intake the necessary protein my body needs prior and after work out!!

i weight trained last summer and got great results, trying to get back into it this summer but ive lost weight so my balance and sense of strength is just way off lol. Just make sure you are ready to EAT SOME FOOD girl. Stock up on as much healthy grains and dairy as you can. Your most important meals will be right before and right after a workout so make sure they are as clean as possible (no processed stuff) with enough protein (at least 1g of protein per pound of your body weight.....for example a 150lb girl needs 150g of protein) ((but this will vary based on your height and build)). A big reason for eating clean isnt just to cut calories, sugar, fat etc- all the preservatives and sodium will make you feel tired and crappy which hinders workouts especially when youre trying to max yourself out squatting a bunch of weight.

Okayy, this is my progress since Novemeber. Only main difference is I lost one inch on my stomach.
So current measurements: 34C-27-271/2- 38-381/2
I stopped working out due to workload (college)...but! summer is here and it is time to get toned up! Still want to lose about two more inches in my tummy and i'll be so happy if I gain an inch or two in the booty Tongue
It's been a long long process.. and def been learning a lot through all of this. My supplements as of now are: 500mg maca(booty) and 500mg fucoxanthin (tummy). 
I'll be incorporating borage oil and start doing weight training to uplift that booty! looking too sloppy haha! Everyone good luck and i'll be posting my progress pics at the end of August. Heart
