Hello ladies!!!
This post is about birth control and a few in depth details are given:
There is a birth control that last for 3 years. It is called Implanon and is inserted in your arm. I want to first start off by saying i have been on 3 different birth controls aside from this one and none of them worked for me. I did so much research but nothing was clear and i trusted the reviews for 3 products so i was very reluctant to try implanon. Implanon is actually for women who do not want an estrogen based birth control. Here is the link.

Anyways, its a progestrin only bc and it worked for me because i had been on estrogen based bc. First i was on aviane (i bled for weeks and i mean weeeeeeeks straight), then i tried lo estrin 24Fe( i still bled for weeks and i felt nausea every hour of the day, in the middle of the night... it was awful and i was on it for 5 months so my body should have gotten used to it but no. even worst, i developed terrible migranes...), then i tried the ortho tricyclen generic tri-sprintec.....(i had the worst cramps and bloat and again bled for weeks.)....... then i was going to try the IUD either the copper or the mirena and then I saw the procedure...... no way!(atleast not until a last resort) so then i stumbled apon implanon and I was so skeptical but i figured a small insition in my arm is better than getting an IUD inserted and it was absent of estrogen so I figured maybe my body would respond to it a little better. I was right.

Now they said you wouldnt have a period at all after 3 months and ive been on it since may. that is not the case for me just yet..... my period is super light. literally 1 panty liner a day, and most of the time its not even a lot. Its a light pink discharge. anyways.... it last for a few days and thats it. no cramp, very little bloat if any, paid for by most insurance, and again it last up to 3 years.
So I am satisfied with it and it might be a great thing to try if other birth controls have been rejected by your body. (by rejection i meanyour body did not syncronize with the medication). I wish I wouldve tried it before the other ones..
Try it! Hope this helps!!!
