thanks I a am trying to get up at 6am and run. I am really wanting to run tonight but im scared...its cold and dark and I run best with music, and that seems more dangerous to do at night.

I think with the cold, its more mental than anything because you're just thinking Oh helz no I'm not leaving the house in this weather!LOL
 
But when you start running, about 5-10 minutes into it, you start getting warm. Just make sure you have good gloves and a hat for your ears. The rest of your body will warm up. I run all year round so I've handled -40 celcius weather!

I feel you @used2braid....I am trying to lose my stomach and tone and sometimes the challenges are more geared toward ppl that want to gain to have curves. I have curves I am just trying to stop being overweight...I do run...but I am trying to get like the OP and run on a reg basis I hate running at night..feel like I might get kidnapped or murder. and the cold...i just hate the cold but I gotta get over it because running is one of the things I really can do and enjoy it...it releases my stress and everything.

The easiest way to put it is the grass is always greener on the other side. Skinny people don't wanna be skinny and fat people don't wanna be fat lol. Everyone wants what they want. I think whether it's to lose or gain weight everyone here has the shared goal of HEALTHY CURVES.

This is actually crazy!!
I looked around threads in this category and most people here are trying to GAIN weight.

I feel outta place now!LOL

Can someone please explain why the need for weight gain? I'm actually just really curious and confused!!

I luvvv running, clears my mind, and works out my booty. But i'm totally worried about it causing my face to sag, everytime I'm on the treadmill my face looks like something out of a horror film! lolz

Thanks, I really enjoyed your videos. I am personally attempting to get back into running. I was a sprinter for 13 years and now after taking a couple or years off from running I'd like to condition myself into being a distance runner. I wish to improve my endurance and to lean down. :)
