No I never tried dying it. I made it into a wig that I only wear occasionally. I'll try and find the pic I posted in the kinky curly thread. But my hair looks more like a shoulder length fro. The texture looks about the same though.

After washing and conditioning the hair really showed it's true form! The curls loosened so it looks a lot better. Still not long enough for me so I bought a 20 inch bundle from fakehoos for some added length. I want some BIIIIG hair for my birthday next month

Yeah my 16' comes to my brastrap once straight. When curly it is shoulder level. Next time I will get 18/16/14. I think those lengths are more my range.

Something similar happened to me.. except, I ordered 16" kc and they sent me 10".. the 12" i ordered measured 10" curly, 12" stretched. however, I find that a lot of the aliexpress vendors are claiming the kc hair is the length advertised unstretched when in fact you have to straighten the hair to get the advertised length.
IF i ever order from that site again, I'll be sure to order longer lengths..
