i lost 9 lbs around thanksgiving.
12 between september - october
havent done a post xmas weigh in.

i fell allll the way off the wagon lol 


but my body still looks good actually even with t-giving and holiday eating... so no complaints.. my clavicle is POPPIN' but my thighs doesn't have the gap that i want.. but whatever my butt is getting bigger so i guess take what you get :(

i actually lost weight this time around. like 13 pounds since august. slow progress is better than no progress. kinda fell off this last week due to graduation and xmas, but i'm back to the gym starting friday.

Back to basics. Christmas is over and the food is gone... It's frozen out here so ill wait until we thaw out to go to the gym. Hopefully tomorrow.

i'm going to try my hardest to stay on track the next few days. i have 4 tests next week meaning i'm more focused on books than the gym. problems for me will be finding time to get to the gym and grabbing food on the go at the library while i'm studying. i think today i'll uses some zumba videos on youtube to do an hour workout and try to munch on salad throughout the day. i already refused taco bell today which made me feel good because i love nacho bell grandes LOL i'll be happy if i just maintain my current wait for the next week.

I have fell wayyyyyy off... smh havent been to the gym in a month...currently at 137... wishing to be at 130 so bad or at  least lose this chubby face Cry

This is sad to say, but now that I got my tanning membership back, I'll probably be going to the gym a lot more because they're right by each other.
