Depends on what hes doing with the skills he does have and/or what he has or is doing to better himself. Formal education isnt a requirement but Id be lying if I said it wasnt preferred. Either way my SO's are those who are dedicated to advancing themselves through some form of higher education.

Yup, have done and will do again.
One guy it didn't work though because he said I talked to him in a condescending manner and was patronizing. The issue was that he was just insecure about his lack of education because I didn't even know he only had a GED, I actually thought he was a college grad.

Lower education, but still was able to climb corporate ladders, ambitious, drive? Yes
