Weight Loss Health Risks
While losing weight there are health riskz U pose on yourself.  Make sure dat U are exercising properly, dat one is pretty obvious.  One of my biggest concernz wit most dietz is dat gurlz aren't eatin enough.  Go to dis website: The Most Accurate Calories Burned Calculator and type in everythin U do in 24 hours by da minute and also type in your weight.  Think of everything U do, U should have 1440 minutes typed in in different placez.  Dis is what U are burnin everyday at your current weight.  If U eat 500 caloriez less than what U are burnin everyday U will lose 1 pound each week.  And for every 500 caloriez less another pound.  Now too many gurlz eat way too little.  U should never eat less than 1,200 caloriez a day (in my opinion dat HCG diet is dangerous, 500 caloriez a day, U don't need da placebo dropz to lose weight on 500 caloriez a day dat is called staving yourself.  And if U are buyin over da counter they are placebo because da FDA made it illegal to sell real HCG hormone over da internet or over da counter) eating between 1,200-1,700 calories a day is a good way to lose weight in a healthy way.

Da riskz of eatin too little are, malnutrition, dehydration, fainting, constipation, gallstones, kidney infectionz, induce insulin resistance, hypotension (very low blood pressure), heart rhythm problems, electrolyte imbalance, and in the worst case scenario: heart failure!

Corset Health Risks
Corsetin is a great way to get an hourglass figure by slimin down your waist while keeping your breastz, hipz, and butt still big.  There are some health riskz of doing dis though.  The obviouz one is bringin the corset in too tight, it is suggested dat for healthy waist training U should only bring in your waist 2-3 inchez wit a corset, I say 2-2.5 cuz I personally tried 3 inchez and it was not fun.  Buyin high-quality and properly made corsetz is also important a low-quality one is going to squeeze your waist da wrong way.  You should also only wear your corset between 6-16 hourz a day.  Puttin it on correctly is also important, research into dat here (click)

Da riskz of a too tight of a corset or wearing a corset too long everyday are, broken ribs, incorrect rib formation, cracked rib, loss of blood flow, loss of blood flow that can lead to a blood clot (which can move and cause instant death), fainting, troublez breathing, relocation of organz leading to other problemz, digestion problemz, constipation, indigestion, internal organ damage, and headachez

Why Not Balancing Your Hormones can Cause Health Risks

Is it really worth da risk of your health to experiment wit hormonal herbz to figure out which one workz for you without knowin if they are counter-productive to your body'z hormonez?  I say "NO WAY"

Balancin your hormonez is somethin U have heard from me over and over and you're all probably likeyeah, we've heard dis already Lisa but why is it important for your health?  Balancin your hormonez ensurez dat U know where and what your hormonez are doin.  Not knowin your hormonez and then takin an herb with hormonez can be risky to your health.

But if U know your hormonez U can take stuff dat is healthy, if U don't, U could be takin something dat will risk your health.

A List of Combinations of Hormonez and Plant Hormonez

Estrogen dominance/excess You Don't Know You Have
if U don't know U are estrogen dominant/excess and U take Aguaje, Pueraria Mirifica, Hops, soy extract or Red Clover (all strong phytoestrogenz) U are addin more estrogen to your body and that can lead toblood clotz (which can move and cause instant death), breast cancer, ovarian cancer, endometriosis, uterus cancerz, cervical cancer, fibroidz, autoimmune disorderz, fibromyalgia, dry eyes, joint pain, varicose veins, thyroid problems, adrenal gland fatigue, hair loss, weight gain, and many more.

Progesterone dominance/excess or estrogen deficiency You Don't Know You Have
if U don't know U are progesterone dominant/excess and U take Vitex, Wild Yam, Fenugreek, or Red Clover (all phytoprogestinz which are plant progesterone) U are addin more progesterone to your body and that can lead to weight gain, drowsiness, vaginal infections, urinary tract infections, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, uterus cancerz, cervical cancer, depression, insomnia, and more

Breast Growth Health Risks
There are health riskz related to breast enhancement.  Da main one is pretty obvious, takin da wrong herbz for your hormone type (as seen above).  Make sure to research on da proper amount of each breast growth herb 2 take.  Not wit breast growth but I heard one chick say she would take 20 gramz of maca a day, dat is just too much.  Generally people take about 2,000-3,000mg of Fenugreek 500mg of Wild Yam, 320mg of concentrated saw palmetto, 300-1,000mg of pueraria mirifica (same for aguaje don't take more than dat).  Be careful with Noogleberriez!  U can damage your breast and cause semi-permanent markz on your breastz doin dat for too long or improperly.  Be careful when liftin weightz for breast size and make sure U are doin it correctly.  Take proper brakez off of herbz 2.

Butt Growth Health Risks
Much in the same as breast growth (above) which is take da right herb for your hormonal type to balance and start.  Exercise properly, and take da right amount of each herb, takin too much is unhealthy.  Take breakz off of herbz

Phytoestrogen Health Riskz
Phytoestrogenz effect da estrogen in your body.  If U have a family history of estrogen related cancerz I suggest dat U don't take phytoestrogenz.  Or if U have a history of endometriosis.  Phytoestrogenz have not been proven to either promote or prevent breast, ovarian, cervical, and uterus cancerz so I just say why risk it if U have a family history of any of those?  If U are overweight and U take strong phytoestrogenz your chancez of getting a blood clot increase and if U smoke along wit that, U are postin a huge risk.  A blood clot can break free and in a matter of minutez or secondz go into your lungz and cut off your air supple leadin 2 almost instant death.  Dis is a serious matter, know your risk factorz before taking strong phytoestrogenz.  Things like alcohol, tobacco, obesity, birth control, and other thingz make U more likely 2 get a blood clot.  Strong phytoestrogenz are pueraria mirifica, aguaje, red clover, and hops.

Exercise Health Risks
Itz quite obvious da health riskz of exercisin.  Exercise is very beneficial for your health but if done wrong it can mess U up.  Main thing is, work hard but don't work yourself dry.  Feel da strain, da stretch, sweat, etc and feel it pretty hard but don't burn yourself out. Workin out too long is both unhealthy and doesn't give U resultz.  Go 2 da gym twice a day if U need 2 but don't workout for more than 90 minutez at a time.  Lift weightz correctly, a very very extreme example but also realistic is: U lift something heavy incorrectly, it comez down and crushez your chest and lungz, it has happened before so be careful.  Same wit stuff like squatz either alwayz have a spotter (someone who watchez U) or do much less weight when squatin by yourself U can bend your body da wrong way and paralyze yourself.

Don't be scared gurl, just make sure 2 be smart about it.  Everythin here is safe if U do it da right way by makin sure U balance, know what da herbz do, da riskz (dat way if U are already at a high risk of somethin and an herb causez it U know dat isn't da right herb for U 2 take)

for example if U are overweight and smoke takin a phytoestrogen is not wise.  But U could take maca to grow muscle on your butt instead of fat.  It'z all about bein responsible for your health and takin da right precautionz
