I'm about to start the MN challange some time this month
And keep you posted I figure I can show a better example
Because unlike everyone else I dnt have long hair
But I was wondering why you shouldn't apply heat to your hair while
Trying the challenge as well as perm ect???

i still use the 4% also i felt like a got a jolt of growth from it

I mostly use the 4%, but the 2% works just as well

THANKS! Ive been using it for a while, then I fell off the wagon and had a setback. Usually with the 4% I get an inch in a month if I use something with sulfur in the application. That plus once or twice a week do a full head baggy, and add some growth serum in between my braids.

Cosign to whoever said that applying it unevenly will jack up your growth. I use a perm brush to apply mine. Lol. One time I applied the MN so uneven that my right side was about an inch and a half longer than the right.
