Also I've heard good things about the Blue Print Cleanse.
It's a 6 day system and they send you the prepackaged drinks.
I think it's around $75 though Unhappy

I used milk thistle for 2 days, i lost .5 in my belly...im going to try it again after i reach my goal weight.

Milk thistle is excellent for the liver in order forthe liver to function correctly....

Does this milk thistle liver flush releases those fat green peasized stones?
Because I know that Dr. Hulda Clark's liver flush does that.

I do 7 day milk thistle cleanses to flush out my LIVER so my hormones can get a fresh palette. I use the pills and take 4 a day, space them out to keep the cleansing going.

As for full body detoxes.. No weight loss? Is that even possible?
