@Harmonii...no this was a white man that adopted some black children from Haiti. The last research I did on him was back in December I think and he had fled to memphis to work. I called the office where he worked in Nashville after that and told them I wanted to set up a retouch appointment with him, and they never told me he didnt work there anymore, until I finally let them know that I knew he wasn't working there. Then their explanation was something about he was wanting to focus on ( i forgot what she said) instead of doing the Aqua lipo. 

Update: So about 1-2 weeks ago my lawyer calls and said that they was going to settle out of court and that they were only willing to give me $3000. I asked if he could get more, like the $4200 that I paid, he said he tried to get more, but they were only willing to give me $3K. He also stated that it was in my best interest not to take this to court because they could keep dragging it out for years or even close their business and I will be left with nothing. He told me one in Atlanta or Texas, i forgot what he said, had already went out of business and closed their doors.

So anyway I called him last week to see when I should be expecting my money and he told me this takes time and for me to give him permission to sign my name to the paperwork so he can send it in and then I am to call back at the end of July to see if they money has come in. My lawyer takes $1000 of that money. So basically I walk away with $2K and he never even mentioned the class action lawsuit that they were talking about months ago. I am going to have to call him and find out wtf is going on with that! I feel like I am being hoodwinked!!

I called my lawyer on May 31 to make sure we still had court and the secretary tells me that it has been moved again, because of a conflict. I was pissed, because I wondered why no one had called and let me know. I was listening to my voice mails today and seen that they had called me on May 24 to set up a meeting with me about the case for the next week, but they still never said in the voicemail that the date had been moved.

I assume they moved it though, because they didn't get ahold of me when they called. So now, my court date is June 29...I am getting so sick of this and hope this is the last time it gets moved.

@Harmonii- thanx for telling me, but even though it takes months, its been over a year and my stomach never got flat, actually it had gotten somewhat bigger, until I started taking some diet pills this past April and I am losing weight now including my stomach.
