time has gone by so fast, i flat ironed my hair the other day for the first time since i been natural.. i defiantly need more practice lol  Uploaded with ImageShack.usthe pic on the far right is from nov or dec 2011

I'm not sure if I was in this challenge but I'm happy with the progress I've made. A lot of my hair seems to be past SL in the back and sides. It's all a little past collarbone in most places too so I'm gonna get it evened out to CBL at the end of the year God-willingly. And then I can spaz about it ^^

Congrats, ma'am! I'm beginning to think I may not make it. I got a cut last month to even out my hair and while I needed it, I'm still a little sad about the length. But I'm glad that it looks and feels healthy. Overall, I know I made the right decision.

Wow thats crazy its been a whole year I have reached shoulder length currently in micros wil be try to take a pic when I take them out not sure when that will be but I know it will be before Thanksgiving im so excited!!

*Quick update* Woah my hair is getting back into a healthier state. Much thicker, softer, and easier to manage. Currently transitioning as well and i now have long twist in my hair (got them freshly done today). Plan to leave them in for at least 3 months. I'll be 9 months post relaxer on the 18th of this month. When i first started my hair was collarbone and i can see that it has grown, my hair now is a little past my shoulders and about an inch above APL. Yay so i made shoulder length !! :) My goal now is to make it past APL

I took my twists down last night, now I am rocking the resulting twist out. I'm 12 weeks post and I just don't feel like getting a relaxer, right now. Maybe in another few weeks, I may ne extending it because I am dreading the cut/trim I'll be getting af the same time.
