I am absolutely crazy over oatmeal. It has gotten to the point where I do not even bother heating it up anymore and just eat it plain with some rice milk and some sweetener. I have grown to love the taste and I cannot imagine a better start to my morning than my daily bowl of oatmeal. So good!

Add brussel sprouts to the list.  As long as it is not boiled, it is quite palatable.

Spinach, romaine lettuce, hummus, Greek yogurt, carrots, steamed veggies all kind except brussel sprouts.
