I don't think diffusing on a warm/cool temp is damaging, as the heat doesn't neccessarily have direct contact with your hair and I'm assuming that the "heat" is more cool than hot...

Yeah the plastic never actually touches my hair when I blowdry.  It's just that I cowash in the morning and don't have time to air dry.

So by blowdrying we mean with the comb attachment? Because I blowdry my hair just about everyday but its always on cool/warm with a diffuser so I'm not sitting around with wet hair all day

no blow dryer for me. I do however want to try a silk wrap. Rollerset hair first, once dry wrap it, then wrap your head in plastic wrap and go back under the hooded dryer.
Hair is nice and straight!

I use to blow dry my hair just about the same ^^ but over the last month Ive been using alot of heat, I believe I might have some heat damage. because my hair is fragile.

I was fixin to say yes you can get heat damage from blow drying it depends on the heat setting and your hair. I hated when my hair was relaxed and the stylist would have my hair smoking from blow drying.

But to each their own. I have not put direct heat on my hair since I BCd in February of this year.
