I use both, but mainly mizani. They are great products.

I like both lines. Mizani's H2O intense nighttime treatment is a keeper! Ladies, this is a must try as well. It helps to prevent your hair from getting split ends, etc. The best part is that you only suppose to use it only 2 times out of the week before you put your scarf on.

Keracare gets my vote too with the humecto creme. I absolutely love it!

keracare most def. LADIES A MUST TRY is the dry & itchy scalp formula shampoo & conditioner. you HAVE TO use both together but they exfoliate your scalp JUST LIKE the deep conditioner you get @ the salon. your hair & scalp WILL feel CLEAN, super fresh, & moisturized.

I've never tried either brands but I want to try both. I want to Mizani mainly because of the ceramides in basically all their products. This includes the foam wrap and the new Supreme Oil that they are releasing.
