Okay, this will be my first time on over 10 years of wearing curly hair.  I wore curly hair in my younger days. I pulled an old pictures and the curl were kind cute on me. lol.

So after seeing this board, lf section full of women with curl hair and washing my indianhairs and seeing it wave up.  I decided to plunge in with the rest of you.  I have ordered 8oz of machine weft and 2oz of hand tied 16 Remy curly #2 from hairbizz-online.

Not sure how the hair will hold up so I cannot give feedback at this time. But I need to know what products to invest in as I await my curls.  I do not desire a jerry curl look.  Just nice, soft and good hair look. I do not want it to be a big poof nappy looking hat on my head either.

Please help. Thanks

I used Aussie trizz or something like that but what really works best is just take a spray bottle and add half conditioner (your favorite brand) and half water spray on every day.  If the hair is really virgin human just use miracle worker curl spray, this is some good stuff and will make the curls beautiful, the only problem is that you are in a hot state like me and the sun beaming on your head can be very hot sometimes.

I used Infusium leave in and John Frieda's Frizz Ease products.  You absolutely have to do 1 part water with the infusium or it will be a sticky mess!Angry  But I found that it worked well with the curls.

My staple products for curly hair are......
CON detangline poo
John Frieda conditioner for curly hair
IC silky gel activator
Garnier's Spray gel
Sometimes I will put about a 80/20 mix of IC activator/and water in a bottle instead of using IC straight up.
Also I dont always use the Garnier or IC daily ... Just as needed ... And when I do I spray with the 80/20 mix and then apply the Garnier while hair is still damp...

Pics of all the products...

Garnier

CON poo...

IC activator...

John Friedas new conditioner for curly hair....

All of that is some good stuff as well and smells really good.  Out here in Hot hot Phoenix, I have to keep my oil products low.

Curl Noodle or Baby Oil Gel are my two staples for getting and keeping a curl.
